Business901 will launch a One Day Program on January 2nd, 2009 for constructing a One Page Business Plan. This full day course consists of three webinars, email support, and a interactive website to share views and opinions throughout the day with not only the instructor but other participants if so desired. The program is based on the best selling planning book on Amazon, The One Page Business Plan by Jim Horan. More information can be found at Business901.

The One Page Business PlanTM one day event is a fast pace series that will allow you to develop your business plan in a lightning quick fashion guided through by a One Page Business Plan consultant. The process was created to provide small businesses with a way to simply take a full day and create their plan starting with guidance on the planning process and support to help put their ideas into a workable plan.

Participants in the One Day Program receive:
The One Page Business Plan Book with interactive CD
- Choice between 4 titles: Entrepreneur, Nonprofit, Financial, Consultant

- Book may arrive after program

Deliverables in 1 day workshop:

  • Building the plan
  • Create a define vision and mission statements.
  • Craft 2 to 4 meaningful objectives.
  • Build 1 to 2 strategies.
  • Define meaningful action plans vs. tasks.

  • Making Vision and Mission meaningful thru examples and purpose.
